Yongquan Wafers is a Silicon Carbide(SiC) manufacturing company in Taiwan.   • 高純晶片

    高純半絕緣晶片是GaN功率關鍵元件。而在5G移動基站、智慧城市、大數據資料庫使用。
    SI SiC wafer is the key components of GaN. And used in 5G mobile base stations, smart cities, and big data databases.

  • N型晶片

    N型晶片是SiC電力電子的關鍵材料，使用在新能源汽車、高鐵、智能電網。
    N-type wafer is key materials for SiC power electronics and used in new energy vehicles, high-speed rail, and smart grids.

  • 碳化矽

    第三代半導體的材料是碳化矽，具有禁頻寬、擊穿電場強度高、飽和電子遷移率高、熱導率大、介電常數小、抗輻射能力強等優點。
    The material of the semiconductor is silicon carbide, which has the advantages of wide forbidden band, high breakdown electric field strength, high saturated electron mobility, large thermal conductivity, small dielectric constant, and strong radiation resistance.
